Interior Design

The design concept for M Chapter board Games Cafe was that we wanted to create a space that was playful, yet modern and sophisticated. We wanted the target demographic to be between young adults and up. We developed a grey color scheme contrasted with walnut type wood colors. The whole concept would have an industrial look and featured giant custom designed wall murals.  We custom designed all the furniture to provide a more cohesive tone and atmosphere to the cafe.

All the Furniture was custom designed for M Chapter for a unique streamlined look. Most of the wallpaper, flooring and walls were to be in grey tones, so the furniture were made in warmer wood colors and gold color metals to juxtapose the industrial tone. Our process is to provide clients with a realistic 3D rendering to allow for them to see the material, and design of the furniture. When a design is confirmed, we provide our clients with detailed shop drawings so that they can fabricate the furniture either with our experienced production team or with third party contractor of the client’s choice.

Wallpaper Design

Using custom designed wallpaper murals for the design, we really wanted to create a distorted sense of space in the cafe. Using 3D CGI artwork, we created impossible looking geometrical shapes at gigantic sizes so that people would momentarily lose their sense of space and size when gazing at the wallpaper.  This further enhanced the theme of fantastical spaces and ideas of gaming.
